Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Systems Analyst to join our team and drive the successful implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expense Management, and Intercompany Accounting.
  • Analyze business requirements for Fusion Financials Implementation projects and create detailed business analysis documents outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for finance functions.
  • Collect and analyze business data to identify areas for process improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Develop business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations to ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of the fusion solution, ensuring it meets the needs of stakeholders and users.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with third-party applications, such as banking systems and procurement systems, to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. They will also have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with experience working on complex financial projects.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial system analysis and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules and their integration with third-party applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
