Sales and Revenue

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Pitch new markets for the sale of commodities, leveraging their knowledge of international trade and market trends.
  2. Engage with customers and foreign suppliers to identify sales growth opportunities and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
  3. Provide regular updates to the management team on sales progress, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  4. Coordinate with the accounts department to manage outstanding payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
  5. Conduct thorough research on assigned tasks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Business, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and market development, preferably in an export-oriented industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Age range: 22-45 years old.
