Marketing Assistant Manager

Riphah University seeks a highly skilled marketing professional to contribute to the growth and development of its brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing:
    • Design, develop, and implement promotional materials (print and online) to enhance brand visibility.
    • Craft communications campaigns across various media channels to attract prospective students and foster positive public relations.
    • Establish a reliable marketing information system for strategic decision-making and data analysis.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of student, academic, and agent contacts for customer relationship management and targeted marketing efforts.
    • Oversee the marketing budget effectively to meet student targets and achieve business objectives.
    • Prepare an annual marketing report for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners, to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
    • Communicate effectively with target audiences, manage customer relationships, and provide exceptional service.
    • Sources advertising opportunities and places adverts in various publications and media channels to increase brand awareness.
    • Produces and distributes marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, and newsletters, to engage with diverse audience segments.
    • Writes and edits printed material to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
    • Liaises with designers and printers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
    • Organizes photo shoots and events, such as conferences and exhibitions, to showcase products and services.
    • Maintains and updates customer databases to ensure accurate contact information and effective communication.
  • Admissions:
    • Supports the Director in overseeing recruitment and admissions activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Assists in establishing goals and objectives for the admissions office, aligning with university-wide strategies.
    • Plans and coordinates the processing of admissions applications, ensuring timely decisions and communication with applicants.
    • Develops and implements marketing and recruitment strategies to promote Riphah University's programs and reputation.
    • Creates and executes recruitment and publicity plans to attract top talent and raise awareness about the university's offerings.
    • Plans and coordinates major and minor recruitment events, fostering connections with potential students and their families.
    • Promotes media coverage and direct mailing efforts to reach a wider audience and build a strong reputation.
