Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient leader to head our global SaaS infrastructure operations. This role combines high-level strategy with hands-on expertise in managing large-scale, secure, and resilient IT systems — including network infrastructure, cloud, data center, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all IT infrastructure initiatives, encompassing LAN/WAN, routing, switching, data centers, and cloud platforms.
  • Own the design, implementation, and monitoring of secure and scalable infrastructure for SaaS-based fintech applications.
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity and IAM policies, disaster recovery protocols, and compliance measures (ISO, GDPR, etc.).
  • Drive infrastructure innovation using modern technologies such as Cisco UCS, SD-WAN, Fortinet, and virtualized environments.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to align infrastructure strategies with product requirements and deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure zero-downtime environments, high availability, and strong data protection measures for mission-critical systems.
  • Lead infrastructure audits, penetration testing, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and procurement in line with strategic goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing infrastructure and security engineering team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity leadership.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-level network and cloud infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Strong expertise in VPN technologies, L2/L3 protocols, DCI, and unified computing platforms.
  • Familiarity with simulation/emulation tools (GNS3, Cisco UCS Emulator, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks and certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, NSE4).
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology product environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Certifications
  • Fortinet NSE 4 or higher
  • Cisco CCDP/CCNP
  • Cloud certification (Azure/AWS/GCP – optional)
