Drive our online presence across various platforms by developing a comprehensive strategy to reach and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing digital media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives;
  • Managing and overseeing digital content to ensure consistency and effectiveness;
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to inform our strategy;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to drive integrated campaigns;
  • Maintaining a strong network of industry professionals and influencers via social media;
  • Hiring and training team members to support our growth;
  • Providing constructive feedback and adhering to company policies and regulations;
  • Presenting campaign results and insights to Senior Management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role;
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including brand awareness and impressions;
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media platforms;
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics;
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research;
  • Familiarity with social media KPIs and analytics tools;
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train and manage a team;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
