Senior Amazon Specialist Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of one of our brand management teams, you'll take ownership of a selection of our Amazon brands, with a primary goal of elevating sales and profits while developing the brands long-term strategy.

  • Strategic Sales Growth: Design and implement advanced strategies to boost sales, improve profitability, and expand our portfolio brands into new markets on Amazon.
  • Advanced Amazon PPC Campaign Management: Take ownership of Amazon PPC campaigns, using Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse performance data from Amazon and other sources to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Listing Optimisation & Conversion Excellence: Oversee end-to-end listing optimisation, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content.
  • Inventory and Product Development: Work with our Supply Chain team to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels across multiple marketplaces.

As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • Minimum 4+ years of Amazon-specific experience, with a proven track record of scaling private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including campaign structures, bid optimisation, and keyword targeting.
  • Proficient in analysing and interpreting performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
