About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Application Developer to join our team and contribute their expertise in designing, developing, and supporting applications that meet business requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 7+ years of experience in software development and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, outlining the technical architecture and implementation strategy.
  • Deliver high-quality code and configuration updates, ensuring alignment with requirements and design specifications.
  • Perform thorough Unit Testing, Component Integration Testing (CIT), and Happy Scenario Testing, providing documented proof of functionality.
  • Maintain project documentation and system-specific service documentation, updating them with every change to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare release notes, installation guides, operation procedures, release build & packaging, and operational handover documentation, facilitating smooth transitions and deployments.
  • Generate regular and on-demand project updates, delivery reports, and status of points planned/consumed/available, keeping stakeholders informed and up-to-date.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC), solution capability checks, and validations as required, assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, focusing on project/enhancement functional scope and new/updated functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with tools and frameworks used by clients (e.g., JIRA, Bitbucket, and other client-specified tools), leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in software development and solution design, demonstrating a track record of success and expertise.
  • Strong expertise in Java and .NET application development, with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of these technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust and reliable application delivery.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, and DevOps frameworks, utilizing technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
