We are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist to join our team as a Child Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated medical professional to make a real difference in the lives of children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to children, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various illnesses and injuries. As a Medical Specialist, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients and providing appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
  • Responding to patients' medical/health problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and referral as appropriate.
  • Discussing side effects, best conditions for use, and possible interactions of medication.
  • Prescribing and reviewing patients' medication.
  • Managing patient records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.

You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide the highest level of care to your patients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A recognized degree in medicine (MBBS) with completed House Job.
  • FCPS (Internal Medicine/Psychiatry) is preferred.
  • A valid license from Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in Primary care/ ER/ ICU/ Mental Health, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine from a reputable hospital/Clinic.
  • ICU experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
