Ward Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to join our team at Indus Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, while ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.

• The Ward Manager will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the nursing staff, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatment protocols.
• In addition, you will be required to participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Other duties include conducting orientations for new nursing staff, mentoring existing staff members, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
