Key Human Resources Position

We seek a detail-oriented HR professional to support critical HR functions and ensure seamless operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and end-to-end operational processes, including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and interaction with government entities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures across departments.
  3. Oversee payroll processing, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to tax laws.
  4. Administer attendance and leave management systems.
  5. Manage compensation and benefits planning and execution, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
  6. Coordinate employee medical insurance, social insurance, and taxation responsibilities.
  7. Ensure smooth talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  8. Address and resolve HR operational issues in coordination with relevant departments.
  9. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
  10. Communicate with government bodies (e.g., EOBI, SESSI) and manage external compliance.
  11. Promote employee welfare initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
  12. Support staff engagement and development programs in collaboration with the HR team.
  13. Collaborate on HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes.
