Job Title: User Experience Design Lead

As a key member of our team, the User Experience Design Lead is responsible for creating innovative and engaging user experiences through analysis, design, development, and enhancements. This role requires a strong passion for learning new concepts and staying up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively synthesize research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales.
  • A strong understanding of visual identity and language is crucial, as the successful candidate will refine our identity system and ensure visual consistency across the organization.

This role also involves managing organizational visual identity, visualizing performance results, and communicating complex information through clear and engaging data visualizations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative user experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to improve user experiences.
Requirements
  • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to manage detailed work plans and schedules with cross-department dependencies.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative without waiting for assignments.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on leading projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and lean principles.
