Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver interactive and dynamic lessons to students using online platforms, incorporating provided course materials and best practices in language teaching methodologies.
  2. Student Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs.
  3. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with students, address queries and concerns, and collaborate with the support team to enhance the learning experience.
  4. Professional Development: Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into lessons, attending training sessions or workshops as required.
  5. American Accent Training (Optional): Provide American accent training if qualified, earning a higher percentage for this specialized skill.

Requirements:
  1. Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional grammar and vocabulary skills.
  2. Teaching Experience: Prior experience in online or traditional classroom teaching is an advantage, requiring patience and adaptability in catering to diverse learning styles.
  3. Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using online teaching platforms and tools, with a reliable internet connection and appropriate hardware.
  4. American Accent Training: The ability to provide American accent training is a plus, with certification or proven experience in accent training highly valued.
