We are currently hiring for a Sales Representative to join our team in the IT sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and social selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and offer tailored tech solutions.
  • Presentation and demonstration of Company services to prospects via virtual meetings or in-person sessions.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration with the Business Development Consultant and technical team to close deals.
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services or software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile development services is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month + Incentives on Sales
