Tech Sales Specialist

We are seeking a talented Tech Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and client success.

About the Role:
  • Identify, engage, and convert new B2B leads, particularly in the international market.
  • Understand client pain points, craft tailored solutions, and close deals confidently.
  • Write persuasive and professional business proposals, cover letters, and customized responses.
  • Manage CRM systems and follow-up pipelines efficiently to track communication and lead progress.
  • Collaborate with the production team to relay client requirements, timelines, and feedback.
  • Lead and guide junior sales team members and collaborate with them.
  • Drive front sales and upselling strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and act as their go-to representative.
  • Understand and effectively communicate technical concepts related to SaaS, CRM platforms, web and mobile design & development.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit regular performance reports.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales cycles, lead funnels, and client onboarding processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technically inclined – familiarity with CRM, SaaS platforms, and digital product development workflows.
  • Confident in handling objections, presenting solutions, and managing client relationships professionally.
  • Mature, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a fast-paced team.
