Job Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and visually appealing social media content to boost engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Edit photos and videos to maintain brand consistency and enhance visual storytelling.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to reach our target audience and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or graduating in 2025 with a focus on digital marketing or a related field.
  2. Experience or knowledge of photo editing, video editing, and creating content using tools like Canva and Adobe Premiere.
  3. Experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, influencer, and earned media management.
  4. Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to create, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across social media platforms.
  2. Ability to respond to comments and questions on social media posts and engage with the community.
  3. Ability to optimize video formats, durations, and aspect ratios for different social media platforms.
  4. Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions and providing actionable insights to customers.
  5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving aggressive KPIs.
