About the Role

Restaurant owners in the US face numerous challenges, including managing multiple software and online tools. This can lead to increased workload and additional costs.

The customer support team will work during night hours to address customer queries and escalate to relevant teams, aiming to drastically decrease turnaround time and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interfacing between restaurants and internal teams to ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and resolved.
  • Documenting issues with a thorough understanding of causes and implications.
  • Investigating critical issues with customers.
  • Assisting restaurants in time-sensitive operational tasks using the aio-app-inc Platform.

Note: You do not need to have all these competencies, but command of English and people skills are must-haves.

A successful candidate will have some understanding and command of technical skills:

  • Experience in a support role (US market preferred).
  • Data analytics.
  • Reporting & Documentation.

While prior experience is not required, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience or knowledge of marketing.
