About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and priorities.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights and trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  4. Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections, to justify proposed initiatives and investments.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  6. Communication and Facilitation: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. User Acceptance Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
  8. Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users, including training and documentation, to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
  9. Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data from multiple sources.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data visualization, and requirements elicitation.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
