Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for member companies, addressing their needs, ensuring value-driven participation, and fostering strong relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance industry engagement, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Oversee member onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies to ensure sustained, active participation, and increased member satisfaction.
  • Establish and cultivate high-level relationships with members, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive meaningful collaborations and partnerships.
  • Provide strategic guidance to members, offering business development support, market intelligence, and resources to enhance their growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and messaging that promotes our initiatives and highlights the interests of our members.
  • Work with policy and government relations teams to align advocacy efforts with industry needs and priorities.
  • Coordinate with the skills development team to provide industry feedback on training programs, ensuring they are aligned with market demands.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our membership, increasing engagement in key provincial markets, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Eligibility requirements include 8-10 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or a relevant field, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in leadership roles within Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relation.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry landscape, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing dynamics in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaborative partnerships.
