Digital Marketing Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth for our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing plan, incorporating search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Promote e-commerce website traffic, sales, and revenue through effective digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates and revenue per visitor, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive interface design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer service, and operations, to synchronize digital marketing efforts with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and mentor the E-commerce marketing team, providing guidance and support to help them meet their goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to continually improve the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, such as digital marketing or communications.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, including Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce, and ability to leverage these tools to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.
