Early Childhood Educator

The role of an Early Childhood Educator is to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners.

  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood best practices, incorporating play-based and inquiry-led learning methodologies.
  • Implement structured and exploratory activities to promote holistic development, ensuring effective communication with parents and colleagues to support student progress and well-being.
  • Organize and manage school events, maintaining a safe and interactive learning environment through patient and creative engagement.
Qualification CriteriaEducational Background
  • A graduate or post-graduate degree from a HEC recognized institution, preferably with certification in early years education (Montessori or equivalent).
Teaching Experience
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in early years education (ages 2.5–6 years) in a reputable school setting, demonstrating the ability to design thematic, activity-based lesson plans.
  • Proven ability to implement innovative teaching methods, enhancing the preschool curriculum with strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Classroom Management & Communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal and classroom management skills to create a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging collaborative relationships with parents and staff.

  • A willingness to participate in early years workshops, training, and school-led initiatives, enhancing professional growth and leadership capabilities.
