Logistics Operations Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and auditing all freight-related activities to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, shipment coordination, and post-shipment issue resolution. This position supports cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and project management by facilitating order management, verifying shipping data, and optimizing transportation solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Audit and report on all freight-related invoices via Matched/Unmatched reports and EDI portals, confirming that invoices are ready for payment to carriers.
  2. Collaborate with internal finance teams and third-party auditors to resolve payment discrepancies, manage returns and claims, and maintain efficient logistics operations.
  3. Process freight-related cases, returns, re-routes, and claims, ensuring correct billing and customer responsibility.
  4. Support day-to-day email operations, tracking quotes, fixing shipping errors, updating delivery requirements, and providing support for sales and project managers with order management in CE.
  5. Ensure orders are shipped in the most efficient and cost-effective ways possible, working closely with sales and project managers.

Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in transportation and warehousing.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with team members, other departments, customers, and suppliers.
  3. Ability to interpret instructions and policies, solve practical problems, and deal with variable situations.
  4. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
