We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media and Google paid advertising campaigns, with expertise in creating, optimizing, and scaling successful online initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  2. Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
  3. Analyze campaign data using advanced analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results and maximize ROI.
  4. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
  6. Present detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
  2. Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bid management, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques.
  3. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  5. A portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns.
