We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Software Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Java-based applications. They will be responsible for leading the development team in implementing software systems that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with the development team to design and implement high-quality Java-based applications.
  2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  3. Collaborate with the team to resolve software defects and issues.
  4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Contribute to system documentation and technical specifications.
  6. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
  3. Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
  4. Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  5. Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming.
  6. Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  7. Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and API integration.
  8. Version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.
  9. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  11. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
