Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Admission Counsellor to play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and promoting our academic programs.

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families, providing accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and the application process.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families.
  • Respond to inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Conduct campus tours, admission interviews, and participate in open houses and educational fairs.
  • Guide students through application procedures and support them in submitting complete documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our institution through campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Maintain and update student databases and follow up with applicants to ensure timely communication.
  • Assist in the review and processing of admission applications.
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, and education consultants to attract quality applicants.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve the admissions process and enhance student experience.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in admissions, student services, or academic advising is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or admissions management tools is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset, especially English proficiency.
