Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Optimization Expert to play a key role in helping us achieve our mission by developing and executing a keyword strategy across various technologies and applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Keyword Strategy Development
    • Create, own, and maintain a comprehensive keyword strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Paid Search Campaign Management
    • Submit and optimize paid search campaigns (keyword, ad copy & bids) to maximize ROI.
  • Link Building and Optimization
    • Manage reciprocal link exchange programs and directory submissions to improve website visibility.
    • Ensure all links are acquired through white hat methods and adhere to best practices.
  • SEO Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze results to determine key findings and inform strategic decisions.
    • Monitor online conversions and ensure effectiveness of team members and strategy.
  • Technical Skills and Knowledge
    • Familiarity with basic programming and web design principles, and how they impact SEO is desirable.
