Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales team lead with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Assign clear daily targets to team members, ensure they understand their roles, and monitor progress throughout the day.
  • Motivation and Team Management: Foster a high-performing sales team by motivating and inspiring them to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Shop Attendance and Compliance: Verify that all sales representatives carry Shop Attendance Forms (SAFs) and adhere to market visit protocols.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the productivity of the sales team, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost performance.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to client complaints and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Market Visits: Conduct regular market visits, focusing on high-priority 'A' category shops, and accompany sales team members on designated days to provide guidance and support.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in consumer products, with at least 2 years as a team leader or sales supervisor.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills.
