Job Description Summary
  • Apply precise quantities on Gemata in line with established formulas.
  • Verify the accuracy of leather quantity application with support from colleagues.
  • Manage and maintain machinery to guarantee peak performance.

Collaborate with the Manager Finishing and senior supervisor to finalize the lot process card after the initial inspection, and also review the specific instructions on the LPC.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Validate machine operations associated with FMO, including ROTO press, Hydraulic press, Felt /STONE polish and Glaze etc.
  • Assess conformity to ISO 9001 & 14001 standards within the Finishing department.
  • Pick the right formulation according to specifications with assistance from the Manager Finishing.
