About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Fieldworker to join our team in delivering comprehensive nutrition education and counseling services to vulnerable communities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular household visits in assigned areas to assess individuals for malnutrition, utilizing hemoglobin rapid test kits and BMI assessments.
• Prioritize accurate data collection through a mobile application for smart point-of-care diagnosis (POCD) of health and nutrition, leveraging a tablet-based platform.
• Deliver personalized nutrition education and counseling sessions, including AI-driven dietary recommendations, to ensure long-term health improvements.
• Establish connections between screened individuals and remote medical consultation teams, facilitating timely access to quality healthcare services.
• Provide nutritional supplementation to identified malnourished individuals based on assessment outcomes, promoting overall well-being.
• Maintain precise, confidential, and detailed health records within the mobile platform, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration with project supervisors and clinic staff to guarantee continuity and follow-up care, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.

Educational Requirements

• A recognized qualification as a Medical Assistant or Nurse from a reputable public or private training institution is essential.
