Salesperson Alternative

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our dispatch services team. This role involves contacting U.S.-based carriers and truck owners to introduce our dispatch services and convert them into long-term clients.

• Contact U.S.-based carriers and truck owners to introduce our dispatch services.
• Convince carriers of the benefits of partnering with our dispatch house.
• Answer questions, handle objections professionally, and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Maintain a strong follow-up routine with potential leads.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Fluent English speaking skills with a clear, confident voice.
• Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer support (dispatch industry experience is an advantage).
• Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with U.S. time zones and basic trucking/dispatch concepts is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, CRMs, or communication platforms.
