Lead Automation Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced automation transformation specialist to lead our efforts in streamlining business processes and maximizing efficiency. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to redefine how we leverage technology to enhance productivity, innovation, and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale automation initiatives, with extensive experience in automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), workflow automation, and cloud-based automation platforms.

This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive successful automation projects from conception to implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automation strategies that integrate seamlessly with AI and digital transformation objectives, helping us stay ahead of the curve in a highly competitive industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies that align with company goals, focusing on streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency.

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance automation systems across the company's infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML, engineering, product development, and business units, to drive automation adoption and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

  • Establish robust governance frameworks to monitor and manage automation projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with automation implementations, ensuring business continuity and operational stability.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale automation initiatives.

  • Extensive experience in automation technologies, including RPA, IPA, workflow automation, and cloud-based automation platforms.

  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and how automation can be integrated with AI-driven solutions for enhanced business performance.

  • At least 8+ years of leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams, and driving successful automation projects.

  • Demonstrated success in transforming complex business processes into automated, streamlined workflows that drive measurable efficiency gains.
