Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in IT leadership, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
  • Implement and manage robust security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain plans for business continuity and disaster recovery in IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within IT.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL, etc.).
  • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations.
