E-commerce Specialist Role

Job Description

The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the seller's account on Amazon. This includes product listing creation and optimization, inventory management, advertising, and performance analysis.

This specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the account meets its sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Optimize the seller's Amazon account for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
  • Advertising and Promotions: Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and manage customer reviews and feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account is required.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's tools (FBA, PPC, Brand Registry) is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools are necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is beneficial.
