Senior Software Engineer Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key part in driving quality assurance automation and ensuring our test strategy considers test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for Products/Services. You will also develop functional test documents for applications, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts, and Automation test suite using the enterprise framework TOSCA.

**Responsibilities:**
  1. Drive quality assurance automation and ensure that the test strategy considers test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for Products/Services.
  2. Develop functional test documents for applications, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts, and Automation test suite using the enterprise framework TOSCA.
  3. Build relationships beyond teams and seek new ways of improvement.
  4. Implement all test activities including Functional tests, Platform upgrades, API tests, UI Tests (Browser and Mobile), Performance tests, Accessibility Tests, etc., adhering to the Global Test Strategy.
  5. Represent the test team at Scrum meetings and key project meetings, providing a single point of accountability and escalation for testing within the POD.
  6. Provide ongoing input into process improvement of the Engineering discipline.
  7. Mentor Automation Test Engineers and Exploratory Testers within the cross-functional team.
  8. Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy, preparing test plans, and providing regular updates to agile leads on testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting.
