Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of e-commerce by developing impactful influencer partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives and measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our brand values, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners to drive successful partnerships.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Review and provide creative direction on influencer content to ensure consistency with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills to foster strong partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
