**Job Title:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

As a Head of Financial Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement financial plans that align with our company goals.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and Execute Financial Strategies: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Prepare and Present Financial Reports: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to investors.
  3. Support Capital Raising Activities: Collaborate with the executive team to support capital raising activities.
  4. Oversee Bookkeeping and Financial Statements: Oversee bookkeeping, financial statements, audits, and tax compliance.
  5. Lead Budgeting Processes: Lead budgeting processes, monitor expenditures, and identify areas for optimization and cost savings.
  6. Maintain Healthy Cash Flow: Maintain healthy cash flow, manage burn rate, and advise on investment opportunities or financial risks.
