Job Title: Fundraising Manager

This role presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead our sponsorship and fundraising efforts. A dynamic and results-oriented individual is required to drive success in this position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing sponsors and funding for organizing lacrosse events, training sessions, and supporting the national team's participation in international competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify and secure sponsors for lacrosse events, training programs, and international competitions.
• Fundraising Strategy: Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of supporting lacrosse.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers to ensure sponsor needs and expectations are met during lacrosse events.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on fundraising activities and sponsorship agreements.
• Network Building: Establish a network of potential sponsors, partners, and donors within Pakistan and internationally.
• Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or sales, preferably within the sports industry or non-profit sector.
• Strong network of contacts within the corporate sector, philanthropic organizations, or relevant industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Remuneration: This position is commission-based, with earnings tied to a percentage of total funds raised.
