Metering Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will have:
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and reduce losses through efficient operations.
- Lead a team to control theft, inspect and prepare quality reports, and discourage illegal connections.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement loss reduction projects/schemes.
- Ensure timely processing of irregular bills, allowances (billing complaints), and rebates where applicable.
- Prepare and arrange records for every LT and HT connection.
Technical Skills:
We require candidates with knowledge of:
- Distribution networks and equipment.
- SOPs, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Meter maintenance and operation.
- HT/LT networks and record-keeping.
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
