Job Title: Software Development Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our software development projects from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple software projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Languages and Tools:

  • Jira or similar agile development tools.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing.
  • Practical experience with software engineering best practices and coding standards.

This is a 100% remote position in a small but growing organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
