Reliability Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance manuals and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance overall plant reliability.
  • Conduct reliability studies, including FMECA and RCM analysis, to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop strategies for maintenance optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Petrochemical / Chemical / Fertilizer industry with emphasis on maintenance of static and rotating equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD, and relevant calculations software.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance. You will work closely with operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop strategies for maintenance optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and experience working in the Petrochemical / Chemical / Fertilizer industry. You will be responsible for conducting reliability studies, including FMECA and RCM analysis, to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
