We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage administrative tasks, coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, fleet management, human resources, finance functions, logistics and transport.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Fleet Management:
    • Assist in submitting procurement files to the country office and follow up on payments.
    • Update procurement folders regularly and ensure all documents are collected with high attention to transparency.
  • Human Resources and Finance Functions:
    • Manage HR and finance functions of the project, including contract renewals and tracking.
    • Ensure compliance with assets, properties, and premises management procedures.
  • Logistics and Transport:
    • Coordinate all logistic matters related to transport and fuel management, ensuring vehicles are insured, asset managed correctly, driven safely, maintained appropriately, and damages reported.
    • Organize field movements for staff members, including flight and hotel booking, rental taxi, etc.
  • Safety and Security:
    • Ensure vehicle internal equipment is complete and serviceable, and fuel usage is correctly supervised, logged, and recorded.
    • Ensure Security Guards are aware of all safety and security regulations.
Requirements:
  • Graduation or MBA from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field-level logistics and office management.
  • Previous experience in livelihoods projects is preferred.
  • Good level of spoken and written Sindhi and local languages.
  • Excellent skills in organizing workflow, capacity to follow protocols, and ability to take own initiative.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to challenging working conditions.
Skills and Proficiencies:
  • Ability to travel autonomously to duty sites when required.
  • Flexibility and accommodation when faced with difficult working conditions.
  • Excellent spoken and written local language/Urdu and English language skills.
  • Good computer skills – ability to write weekly and monthly reports and data analysis.
