Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Support Specialist to fill this role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, exhibit a high level of professionalism, and have a minimum Bachelor's degree along with online skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages to the appropriate individuals.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communicate with team members through texting, ensuring prompt and accurate information exchange.
  • Call clients to provide information, schedule appointments, or follow up on inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using email platforms and other communication tools.
  • Ability to make phone calls professionally and confidently.
