Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Department in achieving exceptional maintenance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with injection molding machines, technical expertise in hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic aspects of machines, as well as computer literacy and a technical degree or diploma.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance for production equipment, TDD, and Press Shop machinery.
  • Maintaining records of machinery usage and spare parts inventory.
  • Planning and delegating daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintenance staff.
  • Representing the department in management review meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role with a technical degree.
  • More than 10 years of experience with a diploma.
  • Hands-on experience with Taiwan-originated injection molding machines.
  • Technical capabilities in hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic aspects of machines.
  • Computer literacy.
