Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Manager to join our team. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain operations, including rider recruitment, inventory management, and optimizing delivery processes.

About the Job:
  • To handle recruitment of riders in the city
  • Actively work on developing and managing rider acquisition channels
  • Responsible for Onboarding the riders including conducting trainings and ensuring communication on all compliance standards
  • Responsible for actively connecting with the riders and escalating queries to relevant departments
  • To handle inventory of the riders and optimizing and overseeing inventory movement to ensure efficient disbursement
  • Responsible for conducting regular rider engagement sessions to ensure superior rider motivation and timelier escalations of issues
  • Taking on additional projects of fleet-management with other business units
  • Partnering with other stakeholders within the company to drive KPIs of each given project

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor degree or Masters, preferably in Logistics, or relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • A person who has a bias for action at a fast pace
  • Process oriented approach to solve underlying problems
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • High integrity and work ethic
  • Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
