Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user stories, specifications, and requirements to understand the scope of testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of the requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans that outline objectives, approach, and resources required. Identify and prioritize test cases based on risk and importance to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Create detailed test cases that cover all scenarios. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain the test environment, ensuring it accurately reflects production conditions.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, recording results and identifying deviations from expected outcomes.
  • Conduct regular regression testing to ensure new code changes do not impact existing functionality.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts as part of the CI/CD pipeline. Analyze and report on test results, identifying issues requiring attention.
  • Maintain the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring automated tests are executed with every build. Collaborate with DevOps and developers to resolve pipeline issues.
  • Plan and execute performance, load, and stress tests to assess application behavior under various conditions.
  • Maintain up-to-date test documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in software testing.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role with standard Monday-to-Friday shift timings.
