Sales Territory Manager - Real Estate Development

We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Manager - Real Estate Development to manage real estate agencies' portfolios in assigned areas/regions and develop new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily field visits to provide product demonstrations, secure impactful deals, and grow revenue.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to add new clients and work as a consultant to expand existing relationships.
  • Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Exploring upsell/cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth and handling client queries/issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Field Sales, business development, and efficient account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with regular working hours and need-based evening or weekend work.
