Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

  • We're looking for a talented full-stack developer who excels at delivering clean, scalable, and secure solutions.

This is a role that requires someone with depth, discipline, and initiative. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop and Maintain Applications
    • Create robust and efficient applications using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to Technical Discussions
    • Participate in architectural discussions and technical decisions.
  • Write Clean, Maintainable and Testable Code
    • Ensure code follows best practices and is secure, performant, and cloud-optimized for Azure.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with New Technologies
    • Participate in peer reviews, estimations, and sprint planning sessions.

Core Technical Skills Required:

  • .NET (C#, .NET Core/6/7)
    • Solid hands-on experience with Angular or React (must be confident in at least one)
  • Azure— app services, storage, functions, etc.
    • Strong working knowledge of Azure
  • REST APIs, relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
    • Experience with REST APIs and relational databases
  • CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles
    • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles

Experience & Background:

  • 4–6 years of full-stack development experience in modern, structured environments
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within agile teams
  • Ability to Balance Speed and Quality
    • Ability to balance speed and quality while making pragmatic decisions in delivery

Soft Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills
    • Ability to actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

    • Comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams
