We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large contact databases, creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences, and developing custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot. They will also be responsible for performing data scrubbing and cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales, within HubSpot and for data provisioning for ABM.

Main Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Management: Serve as a subject matter expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Workflow and Automation Development: Design, build, implement, and manage automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities.
  • Email Sequence Management: Create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Contact Database Management: Oversee the health and integrity of the HubSpot and ZoomInfo contact database, including segmentation, list creation, and data hygiene.
  • Data Scrubbing and Cleansing: Regularly perform data scrubbing and cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales, within HubSpot and for data provisioning for ABM.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a deep understanding of its various features and functionalities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, data manipulation, and the creation of pivot tables.
