Pharmacist Manager

The Senior Pharmacist will be responsible for managing routine operations of the assigned area, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided. This includes supervising staff and interns, providing training on drug information protocols, and participating in publication of Pharmacy newsletters and posters.

1. Serve as a Resource: Utilize expertise to support healthcare professionals with drug information and guidance, fostering effective collaboration across departments.
2. Inventory Management: Demonstrate excellent knowledge regarding inventory management and all aspects of Hospital Pharmacy, ensuring seamless operations.
3. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to staff and interns on drug information protocols and clinical pharmacy best practices, promoting growth and excellence.
4. Clinical Coordination: Coordinate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use and management, prioritizing patient care.

To succeed in this role, you will need a B.Pharm or Pharm.D degree, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in a clinical pharmacy or drug information role. Supervisory experience is preferred, as well as strong research skills and hands-on experience in creating educational publications.
