Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

The role of the Head of Sales and Marketing is a pivotal position that drives business growth by overseeing sales, marketing, and product development initiatives. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.

  • Monitoring competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Nurturing relationships with industry influencers and key partners.
  • Leading the preparation of marketing activity reports and presenting them to executive management.
  • Establishing and maintaining a consistent corporate image.
  • Directing sales forecasting activities and setting departmental performance goals accordingly.
  • Guiding staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Directing market channel development activities and coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Maintaining relationships with key clients and supporting sales representatives in negotiations and deal closures.
Job Requirements
