Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Strategist to lead our efforts in transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to support key decision-making processes.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that influence strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations and develop reporting dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M Query.
  • Proficiency in SQL for interacting with databases and extracting data.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization leverages data analytics to enhance performance and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
